Faydra Nabers-Allen, MHA, FACHE, LSSBB

Faydra is an accomplished professional with over 25 years’ experience in healthcare organizations and has previously led operational, marketing and business development functions. She holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University (FRANU) and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. After completing her graduate studies, she served as President of the MHA Advisory Board, mentoring emerging leaders and contributing to the advancement of healthcare education.

Faydra is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She has led complex organizations through transformative change—enhancing patient access, streamlining workflows, and strengthening physician engagement to improve both clinical and financial outcomes. Faydra has remained actively involved in the professional community throughout her career and has served as President of the MHA Advisory Board at FRANU (2020–2024), was an Ambassador for Harvard Medical School’s Women in Medicine Education initiative (2022–2023), and is a past board member of the Louisiana Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Her contributions have been recognized with several honors, including the ACHE Service Award (2024), ACHE Early Careerist Award (2021), Women in Business Visionary Award (2019), and the Academic Achievement Award from FRANU (2018).

Faydra is passionate about developing people, solving complex problems, and advancing mission-driven healthcare. Her work reflects a deep commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainable leadership. She is very excited about joining Moody Neuro and engaging with our clinical, direct care and administrative teams in achieving “Breakthroughs in Brain Injury” for the populations and communities we serve.
