About Maggie Galvan, MHA

With a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration earned from Texas Woman’s University, Margaret “Maggie” Galvan has committed the last 7 years of her career towards producing quality outputs via project management, implementation and process improvements for healthcare organizations. Maggie has led and managed multiple large-scale projects, inclusive of business processes, network and end-user technology, and facility building and operations. In her last major project, she has effectively led several iterations of automation for patient intake and clinical documentation processes, accelerating admission processes by 90% which in turn improved access to care by 20%.

Mrs. Galvan joined the Moody Neurorehabilitation Institute team in 2019, continuing her passion for working within the brain injury rehabilitation setting- a passion stemmed from growing up with a brother diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. Her passion, coupled with her education and experience in business analytics and project management proves her to be a great asset to the team. Maggie is currently charged with the development and deployment of strategic initiatives for the Admissions, Physical Operations, and Information Technology departments and seeks to improve operational efficiencies all while continuing to uphold Moody Neuro’s mission and purpose of achieving the best possible outcomes for patients and their families.
