All Moody Neurorehabilitation Institute facilities are surveyed by CARF every three years by a team of industry peers. During the survey, peers review core aspects of clinical and administrative functions and determine conformance to the applicable standards.

Comprehensive therapeutic recreation services are an integral part of the interdisciplinary team and provide a valuable service for the persons served. These services are readily available and add creativity and diversity to individualized treatment plans. The organization is commended for extending and promoting accessible recreational and volunteer opportunities for persons with disabilities in the community and region.
The organization is commended for seamlessly integrating families and support systems into the team efforts. Individual care plans, therapy group supports, and on-site accommodations for families are examples of how Moody Neuro recognizes the value of family involvement as a part of the recovery journey.

Extensive knowledge and expertise are demonstrated by the medical director, who provides not only excellent medical leadership but also serves as a true advocate for the patients and residents, the organization, and the practice of rehabilitation medicine. She has a keen interest in education, which Moody Neuro has the great fortune to benefit from.
The experienced and dedicated therapy and nursing staff members, in conjunction with the case managers and technical assistants, function as a well-integrated, focused team whose primary goal is to support patients and residents in achieving their maximum levels of functional independence.
Moody Neuro’s patient-focused values are evident throughout its operations and clinical practices. Patients, residents, and their families/support systems consistently expressed the feeling that their needs, preferences, and goals are a top priority throughout their rehabilitation experience.
An atmosphere of mutual respect and genuine caring exists between staff members and patients/residents. Each patient/resident interviewed expressed appreciation for staff members’ ability to address their rehabilitation or vocational needs and how they feel taken care of and supported.
